Ann studied maths/statistics at Oxford, Stanford and Waterloo Universities, obtaining her PhD in 1986. She has worked in statistical consultancy for 22 years in both public and private sectors.
In 2002 she established Quantics Consulting to provide bespoke statistical consultancy to help life science clients get their products to market faster. This is done by delivering assurance that pre-clinical assays are properly validated and clinical trials deliver clinically relevant results first time, standing up to repetition and regulatory scrutiny.
